Greenfield is a luxury single-family townhome community located at the intersection of Ronald Reagan Boulevard and State Highway 29 within the City of Leander’s Activity Zone. The project consists of 130 attached townhomes sited on 15.36 acres of rolling green fields. Greenfield borders the newly built HEB retail center at Bar W Marketplace and the award-winning Rancho Siena subdivision.

Oakmont is a mixed-use project located in Leander, Texas. The site ascends approximately 165 feet above the San Gabriel River Basin. The views are spectacular! The project consists of 80 single-family suburban (SFS) residential lots (70x130), +-150,000 sq. ft. professional office condo, and approximately 8 acres of general commercial.

School-aged residents of Oakmont will attend the highly accredited Leander ISD. Homeowners will value the project location and onsite amenities including trail and riverfront park.

The Oakmont project is currently undergoing the planning and entitlement phase. We will update the website and content with more information as the project progresses through the approval process.
